RETURN POLICY

2. Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of skincare products, we may have limited ability to accept returns of opened or used items. Please read this section carefully.

2.1 Eligibility Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within [X days] of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (unless defective or damaged on arrival)

  • Final sale or clearance items

2.4 Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [X days] of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

 

2.5 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at returns@fonceecosmetics.com with:

 

  • Your name and order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • Reason for the request

 

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions, including the return shipping address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

 

2.6 Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method.

 

2.7 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days, depending on your bank or card issuer

  • Original shipping costs are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

 

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@fonceecosmetics.com. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once processing has begun.
